My first photo

I had to include this.  What joy it gives me to see my children with such good friends.  I am so grateful that they were such a big part of her life.  I have watched them over the years and they remain true and wonderful friends.  This was taken when they gave out awards at Snow Canyon High school near the end of their senior year.  We have Heidi Hafen, Hillary Hartman, Amber Astle, Ashley Fry, Ross Chatwin, Kyler Chessman .   I miss that association I had with all the people who live in the Santa Clara area.  We have so many dear people we know from over there.  I was never able to make a similar connection with anyone from Dixie.  I realize that it could be largely my fault.  I was so angry after they forced us to go over to Dixie that I may have been the one to cut things off.  I volunteered for everything up until that split. I was PTA president twice and Booster club president once.  I worked in all the PTAs up until the High school level.  After that split happened, I lost my desire to help at all.
Another of Amber's wonderful friends.  This is Jenny Ricks - now Smith.  Those two had some great times together.  Jenny is a darling girl and a good influence.  She and Ambr both went on missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints.  Amber went to North Carolina and Jenny to Santiago Chile.  My Angela ended up going to Vina del Mar, Chile mission.
This other picture is of my two darling daughters - Angela and Amber.  They have always been close friends and have done a lot together.  I have often felt sad that Ashley( my youngest) hasn't had anyone close to her age to whom she can relate.  There were too many years between these girls and her.
